Warranty Policy

ABOUT YOUR WARRANTY: Nutcase Australia warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two (2) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is extended only to the original consumer purchaser.

For all approved warranty claims, we will (at our discretion) repair, replace or refund the purchase price of any defective part or product covered by this warranty when it is returned by the original owner with proof of purchase.

The repair, replacement, or refund will be without charge except for the shipping cost to return the product for warranty assessment. The return shipping charges are to be paid by the consumer purchaser.

   HOW TO CLAIM: If you have a warranty claim for product purchased through Nutcase Australia website,

   please contact our Customer Service Department.

  You may be asked for original owner proof of purchase along with photos/videos of the issue and picture of the PO Lot number, found on the inside      of the helmet (Please see below example).

 If a determination cannot be made from the images provided, you may be asked to send the helmet to our service centre for assessment and claim review.     Shipping cost for this return are to be borne by the sender.

  For products purchased through a local or other online retailer, please contact them directly to initiate a claim.

  LIMITATIONS TO THIS WARRANTY: This warranty does not cover products damaged or rendered defective due to accident, misuse, abuse, modification,     

 improper repair, water damage, heat damage, neglect, improper handling or storage, or failure to follow instructions for use.
