If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase return it to us within 30 days for a full refund of product purchase price excluding freight costs.
Important information about returns:
- Returned items must be as new and include all original tags, stickers still on the product along with the original undamaged packaging and documentation intact.
- For items not purchased on our website, please refer to the original place of purchase for assistance with your return or exchange.
- Return Shipping costs are to be paid by the consumer purchaser.
RETURN STEPS
- REACH OUT TO OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM if purchased online directly from nutcaseaustralia.com.au
- PROVIDE YOUR INFORMATION:
- Contact details; your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- The reason for your return
- Your order number (For example: Order #1234)
- WE SEND YOU AN AUTHORITY TO RETURN: We will issue you with a return authorization reference number (RA#), returns document to complete and a return delivery address via email. (If you don’t have access to a printer, simply write the returns authorization reference number on the outside of your package near the address.)
- POST YOUR RETURN TO US: Post your package back to us. We do not cover the cost of postage. You may like to track your parcel.
- REFUND TO YOU: You will be refunded as soon as your return has been processed, which can be up to 10 business days after we receive your returned goods, subject to the condition of goods upon receipt.

- We are not able to accept returns on items not purchased directly from Nutcaseaustralia.Com.Au
- We do not offer exchanges, if you would like an alternative item you will need to place a new order. You do not need to wait for your refund to be processed before you make a replacement order.
- You can use the shipping method of your choice when returning items to us. Please note: Nutcase Australia is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages. We therefore suggest you ensure any package you return through the carrier. Please keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
- Where Nutcase Australia has sent an incorrect item, we will cover the cost of collecting and returning the incorrect product. The correct item will be dispatched separately.
- Items can be returned for a refund to the original credit card only.
- We do not accept returns on used/worn products unless it is a warranty issue, please refer to our Warranty Policy
- We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.
